6 tips to improve your EPC rating

01.  Lighting

Make sure that any fixed lights have low energy lamps installed.

02.  Hot Water Tank

Please ensure Hot Water Tanks have sufficient insulation around it.

03.  Loft Insulation

Please make sure sufficient access is given for us to assess the Loft insulation or paperwork to reflect the extent of insulation.

04.  Cavity Wall Insulation

Please provide any paperwork for Cavity Wall insulation if we cannot gain access to inspect this feature.

05.  Windows

Any paperworks for Double Glazed windows fitted after 2002 will help with our survery rating.

06.  Boiler Info

If we can identify the Model and Make and Boiler, it will further help with the survery. The degree of efficiency can be determined via the Make and Model.
